In order to safeguard the money and property of the Association, Article 28 of the Constitution provides for the formation of a Trust which should consist of the founding members and three senior members of the Executive Committee. All moveable and immovable property, land and other assets of the Association are the property of the trust. The income form the trust's instruments or properties are placed in part or full the disposal of the Executive Committee for meeting the operating expenditure of the Association. The Trust elects a managing trustee to manage the property and policy of the Trust. In the event of vacancy, the other trustee can elect his/her replacement. The trustees work voluntarily.
